The Hornsea Area Renaissance Partnership (HARP) has a Board that meets once every 6-8 weeks.  There are a limited number of places on the HARP Management Board and new member organisations can be voted on annually.

HARP also has a number of sub groups.  These groups focus on delivering actions based on the Masterplan for Hornsea.  Membership to these groups is always open and the board are seeking enthusiastic members of the community to get involved in the sub groups that are most relevant to them.  Current sub groups include:

Business & Tourism
Focuses on business improvement and diversification along with the promotion and marketing of Hornsea and surrounding areas.

Culture & Heritage
Looks at the heritage of the built and natural environment and develops projects to enhance and promote these.  It also feeds into the continuing development of Hornsea¿s cultural offer.

Health & Well Being
This sub group covers the coastal strip of Holderness and works in partnership to develop and deliver projects to increase physical and mental well being, leading to a stronger community and economy. 

Transport & Access
This sub group works to address access issues in Hornsea and surrounding areas for vehicles, walkers, cyclists and horse riders.
